Network Requirements for Mobius Conveyor AI

Mobius Conveyor AI is a clinical documentation and medical dictation application operated by Mobius MD. Devices using Conveyor AI require outbound access to the services listed below.
General requirements
Please permit:
- Outbound TCP connections on port 443
- HTTPS traffic
- TLS 1.2 or later
- Public DNS resolution and Server Name Indication (SNI)
Allowlisting should be based on hostnames rather than IP addresses. Mobius uses managed cloud infrastructure whose IP addresses may change.

Organizations using enterprise or social sign-in may also need to permit the domains used by their configured identity provider.
Additional services may be used by particular Conveyor AI features or organizational configurations. If a feature-specific allowlist is required, please contact Mobius support.
TLS inspection
Conveyor AI does not use certificate pinning.
Networks performing HTTPS or TLS inspection must present a complete certificate chain trusted by the device while preserving the requested hostname and SNI.
If inspection causes certificate or secure-connection errors, bypass TLS inspection for the required domains above.
Connectivity test
While connected to the affected network, open:

A successful connection displays the “Mobius MD – Conveyor API” identification page.
A filtering notice, certificate warning, captive portal, or connection failure indicates that the network is blocking or modifying the request.
If Conveyor AI works over cellular data but not Wi-Fi, the local network administrator should review:
- DNS filtering
- Web-category filtering
- Firewall or proxy logs
- TLS inspection policies
